Are you having trouble with your PC or Mac? Need to add hardware or software and would like some assistance? Do you need to learn how to best use what you have, learn some shortcuts and best use your time on the computer? I can help! I am familiar with the PC platform from the old PC-DOS systems up to Microsoft Windows 10, and all in between. I have worked with the IBM PC and compatible machines since the release of the original PC in 1981. I also work with the Apple Macintosh platform, using the OS X operating system in all of its releases. Hardware diagnostics, installation of peripherals, networking (including setup of wireless networks), software installation and configuration are all available.
